BIPAN
The consumer properties of biaxially-oriented polypropylene films supplied by UKRPLASTIC under the trade name BIPAN meet the most demanding requirements. Their main advantages are:
Excellent ratio of m2/kg due to low specific gravity of film and high mechanical strength at low thickness
·Attractive appearance
·High water vapour and oxygen barrier properties
Extended range of heat sealing - from 115°C to 140°C
·Physiologic neutrality
Main characteristics of polypropylene films BIPAN:
Nominal thickness within the limits from 15 to 50 µm
Slitting width over the range from 110 to 2200 mm (maximum width for metallized film is 1200 mm)
Standard width 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 2000 and 2200 mm
The side intended for printing has corona treatment level from 38 to 42 dyne/cm (except metallized films)
Maximum outer diameter of winding is 800 mm
