UKRPLASTIC is a traditional supplier of flexible packaging materials for the companies of all food industry branches, as well as tobacco, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

 

Established in 1932 as a forestry engineering and tare plant, UKRPLASTIC, going through reconstruction and renovation of technologies has always been a leader in production of flexible packaging materials.

  After reconstruction in 1972-1973 UKRPLASTIC mastered mass production of polyethylene films, which output amounted to 25 thousand tons annually.
  As a part of fulfilment of complex programme to launch modern packaging materials production, during 1994-2002 UKRPLASTIC implemented modern high-production equipment of leading machine building companies of England, Germany, France and Italy allowing to produce a wide range of packaging materials:
 
1994 - unique production of multilayer biaxially-oriented polypropylene films for food and tobacco industries was mastered;
1997 - equipment for flexographic printing and production of multilayer combined materials was implemented;
1999 - additional facilities for production of multilayer combined materials were put into service;
2000 - additional facilities for flexographic printing were put into service;
2001 - unique production of five-layer coextruded polymer films was mastered;
2001 - a site for production of heat sealable membranes for and adhesive labels was put into service;
2002 - a site for production of pouches including stand-up pouches of "Doy-Pack" type was set into operation;
2002 - a line for production of printing cylinders for rotogravure printing is put into service;
2002 - rotogravure printing line is put into service.
